TEDxZurich
Since 2010, TEDxZurich has been a platform for spreading ideas that matter, locally and globally. For more than 16 years, we have brought people together to celebrate curiosity, spark conversations, and inspire action through independently organised TEDx events in Zurich.
Guided by the core values of TED — open-mindedness, inclusion, truth, generosity, and a deep belief in the power of ideas — we've built a community of changemakers, thinkers, doers, and dreamers.
Life Cycles is the 2026 / 2027 season of TEDxZurich, built by a renewed team that has redefined its activities, reshaped its strategy, and asks: where we come from, how we change, and what remains.
What is TEDx?
In the spirit of TED's mission — "ideas worth spreading" — the TEDx programme exists to help communities, organisations, and individuals spark conversation and connection through local, self-organised events.
TEDxZurich is an independently organised TEDx event, operating under a free license from TED. The content, themes, and organisation are entirely our own — but we share the same commitment to ideas that can change attitudes, lives, and ultimately the world.

TEDxZurich is a volunteer-based organisation that unites members passionate about engaging the Zurich ecosystem with ideas worth spreading. The team is organised into five functional streams that each bring a unique perspective to event delivery, yet work as one: curation, design, marketing and communications, partnerships, and events management.
